Our design method comprises, since the conception phase, cutting-edge concepts of energy efficiency. "The idea of a high-quality project encompasses form the compliance of all of the client’s demands and expectations to the detailing and consideration for all the components of the building". Currently, Oliveira Cotta possesses a preservation and maintenance area of the Amazon Forest with over 400.000sqm (100 acres), part of an environmental sustainability and conservation plan that dates its origin since the company’s establishment, being under responsibility of one of the founding partners, Jussara Oliveira Cotta.
